Information About the Blue-Gold Weight Room:
Upon completion of the new Don Shula Stadium in 2003, the Blue-Gold Weight Room opened its doors for the utilization of all varsity athletes. The state-of-the-art facility offers a variety of weight machines, as well as free weights for the strengthening and conditioning of Blue Streak athletes which was made possible by the financial commitment by the Blue-Gold Club.
